Our Mission

Our mission at St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute Micro-Lending Club is to cultivate opportunities for underprivileged and unfinanced entrepreneurs on both local and global scales. By extending micro-loans to individuals who lack access to conventional financial support, we aim to catalyze economic development and foster inclusive communities. Grounded in the principles of our founder, Saint John Baptist De LaSalle, including respect for all individuals, building inclusive communities, addressing the needs of the less fortunate, and advocating for social justice, we utilize micro-lending as a contemporary tool to advance these enduring values and contribute to a more equitable world.
